应收增加模式：

应收增加了按照人档计算的模式，如右图所示。

计算的方式为以收款人数*最终报价得到总成本后再进行免房金额、金额调整、系数调整等操作后得到最终应收

Receivable  Measurement Added a new Model:

The a receivable  Measurement now incorporates a calculation model based on pax  as shown in the diagram on the right.

The calculation is performed by multiplying the number of paying individuals by the final quotation to obtain the total cost. This is then followed by adjustments including complimentary room deductions, amount adjustments, and coefficient adjustments, ultimately arriving at the final receivable.

团组增加待办：
增加了资源确认待办、出签名单待上传待办、分房名单待上传待办，便于快速定位团组需求

Group To-Do
Added resource confirmation, visa-issued list pending upload, and rooming list pending upload, to facilitate quick identification of group requirements.

查看团组的确认记录：
资源确认增加了确认记录查看，便于需要再次确认时进行参考

Confirmation Record Review for Group Resources:
The resource confirmation module is now equipped with confirmation record tracking, providing operational reference for potential reconfirmation scenarios.

Group Itinerary:
Detailed itinerary information is accessible prior to expansion.

团组增加了预算字段，调整了资源排序

1. 增加了预算字段，并和op报价对应，便于进行确认
2. 整体资源排序按照资源使用顺序排序

The group has added a budget field and adjusted the resource sorting:

• Budget field added: A budget field has been introduced, corresponding to the OP quotation, making it easier to confirm costs.

• Resource sorting optimized: Resources are now sorted in the order of their usage sequence for better workflow alignment.

团组增加了待办事项字段：
1. 待办事项会以数字标签的形式存在，目前暂时有3个标签：分房名单待上传、出签名单待上传、资源待确认

2. 如果数值没有，代表暂时没有这3项待办

3. 待办支持筛选，在高级选项中

The group has added a to-do item field:

1. To-do items will appear as numeric tags. Currently, there are three tags:

   • Rooming list pending upload

   • Visa list pending upload

   • Resources pending confirmation

2. If no value is displayed, it means there are currently no pending items in these three categories.

3. To-do items support filtering under the advanced options.

更新了收客名单模块，包含以下功能调整：
1. 自备签位置移动：移动自备签位置，更符合业务实际，同时对应的调整了房型自动计算公式
2. 是否全部出签按钮增加权限：增加了单独的权限，避免没有权限的人乱点
3. 房型更新按钮：增加了房型调整按钮，经管可以直接对房型进行更新

4. 增加了确定并出签按钮：单独权限的按钮，提交后修改团组状态，并推送消息给OP

Updated the Guest List Module with the following functional adjustments:

1. Relocation of self-provided visa section: Optimized the position of self-provided visa information to better align with operational practices, with corresponding adjustments to the automatic room type calculation formula.

2. Added permission control for "Toggle All Visa Issuance" button: Implemented exclusive permission settings to prevent unauthorized personnel from accidental activation.

3. Added room type modification button: Introduced a dedicated room type adjustment feature enabling managers to directly update room configurations.

4. Added a "Confirm and Issue Visa" button with exclusive permissions: Submitting triggers group status updates and automatically pushes notifications to the OP team.

更新了收客名单模块，包含以下功能调整：
1. 送签要求：增加了送签文件要求和最晚时间，选择后会推送给对应的OP
2. 出签人数：增加了自备 和司机，同步到OP工作台
3. 房型更新：基于出签>送签>收客的逻辑自动计算房型数量，也可以修改，提交后推送所有OP

计算规则：客人人数/2 填入标间，客人的余数+司机+导游+领队的和填入单间；如有不对或有其他房型请人工调整

Updated Group Guest Information Module with the following functional adjustments:

1. Visa Submission Requirements

   • Added mandatory visa document requirements and deadline fields. Selected options will automatically notify the assigned OP so they will know when to deliver suitable files.

2. Visa Approval Categories

   • Added new categories: "Self-Prepared Visa" and "Driver Visa". Data will be synchronized to the OP workbench.

3. Room Type Calculation Update

   • Room quantities are now automatically calculated based on the workflow:
     Visa Approval > Visa Submission > Guest Registration 
Calculated as：
Twin Room Quantity = Guest Number/2 as the 
Single Room Quantity = Sum of Guide + driver +TL + Guest remaining
For other Room type, plz mannul adjust

   • Manual adjustments are allowed. Final submissions will push updates to all OPs.
